  • Computercraft is the registered trading name of Rovereach Pty Ltd. All trademarks are the properties of their respective owners.
  • Details found on our website are believed to be accurate at time of publishing.
  • Unless explicitly stated or otherwise listed all prices are AUD including GST.
  • All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice and pricing applicable will be that at the time of invoicing.
  • Title of all goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received and funds cleared by our bank.
  • All errors and omissions are excepted and Computercraft shall not be liable for any errors or for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance or use of any products purchased.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice and to refuse to supply any order/s without providing a reason for such refusal.
  • Any discount or special offers must be specified at the time of order.
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure quality service, Computercraft cannot be held responsible for the content of any external URL's, reviews, software or any other links outside of our website (identified by the domain Computercraft.net.au).
  • Computercraft will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay occurring to goods in transit. Accordingly, we recommend that you arrange your own transit insurance.
  • Where goods are supplied to an overseas address the customer is responsible for any duties taxes or otherwise imposed by the relevant authorities in the customers country.
  • All freight charges to be borne by the customer unless prior arrangements have been made with Computercraft. Customers returning goods under warranty must pay all related freight charges. (That is both inbound and outbound).
  • Computercraft will not accept any responsibility or charges for transport arranged by customers or arranged by Computercraft on behalf of the customer.
  • Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before returning goods, together with a copy of the original invoice, to Computercraft either for warranty claims or returns for credit. Proper packaging must be used for all goods returned, as any warranty will be void if goods are damaged during transit, and damaged goods will not be accepted for credit or warranty.
  • We will charge a $40.00 fee to offset testing costs when goods returned for warranty are found to be fault free.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced value is applicable to goods returned for credit within 20 days (7 days for goods purchased in one of our stores) of the dispatch date. These goods must be in original condition and packaging. We will not accept goods returned for credit that arrive later than 20 days (7 days for goods purchased in one of our stores) from the invoice date.
  • Unless faulty computer software will only be accepted for refund or exchange if original packaging is unopened.
  • Computer software will not be refunded if your computer does not meet the required specifications unless the packaging remains unopened. Carefully check that any software you purchase will run on your computer. Computercraft accepts no responsibility for ensuring that you have a suitable computer and/or additional programs required for the proper operation of any item of software.
  • Gift Vouchers are available in units of $5.00. Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Except where goods are incorrectly supplied consumables, including but not limited to, batteries printer cartridges and media, will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • There is no inkjet printer industry standard for measuring yield. Yields from different sources may not be comparable. Many factors affect yield measurement including: type of document, print mode, driver settings and environmental conditions. Yield is only one among many factors impacting the overall costs of inkjet printing. When comparing printing systems, customers need to look at a range of factors including reliability, productivity and quality as well as yield. Computercraft does not warrant any inkjet yield figures.
  • The specifications of all products listed on our website, or otherwise, are approximate and subject to change without notice.
  • Incorrect CPU and/or Fan Installation which causes Thermal malfunction voids all warranties.
  • Any product $25 or less has a limited 3 month warranty.
  • There is no warranty, express or implied, that a particular media will function with any individual piece of hardware.
