Techinical Support

Computercraft provides unlimited support to the original purchaser, via our e-mail and telephone help line, to purchasers of its computer systems together with one months technical advice for such purchasers who visit our shop and request assistance.

Computercraft is unable to provide support in respect of games software. Support for such software should be directed to the software producers, details of which are usually given on the software packaging or in the help files accompanying the product.

Computercraft will provide one months limited technical support in respect of all other products purchased.

When seeking support please ensure that you have details of the product, the date of purchase and the invoice or receipt number. Where support does not relate solely to a system supplied by Computercraft also ensure that you have full details of that system including - Brand, Processor, Memory, Video Card and Hard Drive Capacity.

Computercraft may, at its abolute discretion, provide support outside of the above terms. Such support will be subject to a pay per incident charge, details of which will be provided at the time.
